Ordered 2 New York style and what they serve is thin crust with barely any sauce. Definitely the last time we will ever eat here. Do yourself a favor go to Tommy Salamis.

Second time I have this issue. Mid week around 7 pm place order, originally given a 20-45 minute time frame. Checking the online tracker once pizza was listed as “out of delivery” over an hour had passed and it showed absolutely no movement. I called to see what was going on and they didn’t even bother lying and saying the pizza was on the way. I do not think they ever bothered making it because the didn’t try at all to talk me out of canceling the order, didn’t say “it’s ready we just don’t have drivers” or anything. Last time it happened I was able to pick the pizza up. The online tracking is totally false do not waste your time just door dash if you need delivery

I don't know what happened but I used to go here and pizza hut down the street constantly. Domino's has changed not sure if it's just this location or the franchise overall.. Their recipe (toppings, Sauce) doesn't taste the same

· made my own pizza online with customized extra toppings (it was fun)
· baked alfredo pasta with chicken tasted cheesy + delicious (highly recommend)
tldr: take advantage of their online order system + coupons

I tried placing an order at 11:30pm, a full 30mins before they closed. They cancelled it immediately. I re-placed the order, this time they waited until 11:59 and cancelled it again.
I work as a cook in a restaurant so I know how annoying last minute orders are, but cmon. I'm expected to and constantly do, start new orders all the way up until closing time. Instead, the gentlemen inside looked at me through the door that was locked 30mins early, laughed, and ignored me and my order like I was asking them for their firstborn children.
Unacceptable. If you stop taking orders after a certain time fine, but your site, app, and hours on your door should reflect that, rather than canceling orders and ignoring folks.

I finally tried the three biggest pizza places near me Domino’s Pizza Hut and Papa John’s. Got the same Pizza To compare them and Papa John’s Was by far the best the pizza tasted way better flavors on point The pizza even looked better on a side-by-side comparison they’re not lying when they say better ingredients better pizza.

Sucks because I love dominoes , ordered pizza 2.5 hours ago and still have not received my pizza and they can’t even do anything for the inconvenience ? Used to be my favorite spot , guess I need a new pizza place. What a disappointment…

I ordered online and waiting time was 8 to 13 minutes However, when I went to pick up my order at the store, it was not ready the waiting time was almost 40 minutes. This was quite disappointing and I’m sure many others are experiencing similar issues.
I just wanted to take a moment to rave about our experience with Domino's, especially with our delivery driver, Chris. We've ordered pizzas twice now, and both times he has gone above and beyond!
We live a bit far from the store, but Chris always arrives with a smile and a great attitude. He brings our pizzas with such care, and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. It's refreshing to see someone so appreciative when we tip him—he truly makes us feel valued as customers.
Not to mention, the pizzas are always amazing when he delivers! It’s clear that he takes pride in his work. If you're lucky enough to have Chris as your delivery driver, you’re in for a treat. Thank you, Chris, for making our pizza nights even more special!
