I order dominos pretty often. The pizza is low quality but affordable. And I'm okay with that... but why has it been so dang greasy lately? Are you deep frying the pizza? And I'm not insulting dominos, I seriously want to know how they've managed to serve soup underneath my pizza when it just goes in the oven and then into the box...

Just wow. Dominos used to be fire. Now they don't care. this pizza took two hours to get to me. I lived 8 min away and it still took 20 min to get to me

Late in the evening, I ordered a large pizza with two split toppings on each side and a 2 liter bottle of Sprite via the app for pick up/carry out.The pizza was promptly made and estimate time was accurate upon completion.When we got there, the boxed pizza was ready for pickup in the clean looking to-go restaurant.The server asked if we wanted hot peppers and napkins to go with our steaming hot pizza. We gladly accepted and he also gave us a plastic bag as a bonus. Woohoo, I got a free clean plastic bag that I didn't have to pay for here in California. Now that is awesome!We got the pizza home and the pizza was very delicious. My kids and I were fighting over the pizza slices with the different toppings. The large pizza was the right size for the three of us just eating. We ate it all. I'll definitely order a extra large pizza next time if my whole family of five will eat.

Awful experience using the app to order. Ordered a large order for team meal for a timed delivery. App glitches and brought pizzas 3.5 hours early! Terrible service and can't safely serve to my team. Called to correct this and they said there is nothing they can do. Bad service

This place is a joke!!I placed a online order at 5:32pm.. the tracker they have online said it’d get delivered by 6:45pm,.Ok.. so I keep tracking the tracker and it stayed at “prep” stage for over an hour!!Then it finally moved to “quality check” and it stayed there for 15 minutes. I finally call the store to see what’s going on. And the manager says my order wasn’t even started!!! I was like what!!! Well she says another 20 minutes to start my order. Well I ended up canceling my order and ordering from Antonius Pizza.,I then get a text saying the driver was 2 minutes away… and sure enough he showed up!! I still didn’t accept their cold pizza. This place is a joke.

Whoever was working here thought I wouldn't notice they took a slice out of my pizza. I had a comically visibly smaller slice of pizza compared to the rest of the pie. One section was cut very very thoroughly while the other sides were just lightly cut.

My custom made pizza always comes out perfect and delicious. However, It’s not always ready when I arrive, even though it says it is ready for pick up on the app so that’s a bit inconvenient

2nd time getting raw food and them being too stupid to know you don't eat raw dough. Then they get uppity when you want your money back. No, I don't want a credit. I want my money. Learn that if dough is white and doughy it's not done.

Ordered online, 8 items. Chicken wings were thrown in the box, and cheese stuck all over the cardboard. Asiago pizza didn't have any chicken on it.Thin crust pizza was over cooked.Store#8511 Riverside Ca. Receipt#172Almost an $80 order and I gave a $5 tip.I'll will never tip at Domino's again and I will never go to this store again. Extremely Unhappy Customer
