sucks that this is the dunkin closest to my house. more than once ive waited 30 plus minutes in DT to find out at speaker they arent serving food because they are under staffed. i end up getting getting coffee but what about all the people planning on eating here and wait that long line for nothing. no sign or anything. and the fact they allow sandwich station to be closed is insane, ive worked for restaurants and closing down a station would not be allowed. their was sandwich bags when i pulled up to the window soooo were they just picking and choosing what to serve ??donuts are stale. coffee is a gamble.

Dunkin' Donuts is my go-to spot for coffee and a quick bite! Their coffee is always rich, smooth, and just the right amount of strong — it never disappoints. The donuts are fresh and delicious, and you can’t go wrong with any of the flavors. But what really hits the spot is their breakfast sandwiches — perfect for those mornings when you need something satisfying and tasty.
One of my favorite breakfast choices is the avocado toast with bacon. It’s perfectly balanced — the creamy avocado and crispy bacon together make it a fantastic choice. Honestly, I love to vary my order each time I come in, but I usually pair my coffee with just one item to eat, trying to stay mindful of my caloric intake. I could easily order more because everything is so tasty, but I’m conscious about keeping my calorie consumed in check.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The inside of the store looks great, cozy, and clean, and the exterior has that modern, fresh look. It’s a nice, comfortable spot to grab a quick bite or drink if you are on the go.
Overall, Dunkin' Donuts always delivers, and I’ll keep coming back!

i’ve gone twice and the both times got the wrong donuts. I thought maybe i’m not asking for the right donut. but i’ve asked for the same donut twice and still got different donuts. yesterday i got the mini chocolate donuts. today i got frosted chocolate donut with a filling inside.

Unfortunately this location lacks customer service. They take way too long to make an ice coffee with one other person in drive tru. Inside is very messy and the restroom was discussing.

I LOVEEEE this Dunkin Donuts!!! I go here (at least) 3 times a week. I know; I can't help it though! The donuts are 'melt in your mouth' addicting and the hot cafe latte (with caramel flavoring, and extra caramel flavoring, with whipped cream) is a must! The people that work at this location, are so sweet and thoughtful. The only issue I have ever had is: the owner (a late middle aged-middle eastern descent) is really REALLY rude. I will wait til she steps away from the register to order. This is, because a couple months ago, I was in line and when I got to the front of the line to order; I was treated like I was a transient and was given zero respect. She said: "Do you need to use the bathroom, because it is locked...so you can be on your way now". Granted, I just woke up and was in my pajamas.... Being judgemental like that to a customer who comes in 3+ times a week (don't judge me..lol); is NO WAY to treat ANYONE! So now when I see she is working: I just wait for someone else. This is so that I don't receive rude comments first thing in the morning. I really don't like having a day based upon being insulted. That is NEVER a good way to start your day. Other than that, the young adults that work there have always got my orders out promptly and perfect!

I do mobile ordering occasionally here. Not a regular. The food and donuts are good. The issue mainly is that even with a mobile order I still don't always get everything. This particular time I did not get the banana chocolate chip loaf. My frozen coffee was okay, but I didn't taste any coconut in it (I added it). So after waiting in a line I still had to go park, get out and walk in to let them know what they forgot. It's a hit and miss every time. Of course mistakes happen, duh. But more often than not? And the girl who assisted me was anything but "sorry" for the issue. Just another reminder why I don't come here. I can't imagine why the wait in line would take 31 minutes. They don't make the donuts from scratch. But my wait took a half hour in line. I wasn't able to back out to run inside cuz there were cars behind me or else I would've done that. This was insane. Definitely not worth the wait and will not be returning here.
