I know a lot of ppl who love it here, and I'm not very negative of any place I go. But I don't really get the hype. The donut menu is very scarce, the coffee isn't great & too sweet..I can get fantastic food & drinks in the same category from my local donut shop for a cheaper more personal experience. Just not for me.

Very slow drive thru. It took 25 minutes to get my coffee when I ordered from their app. The time before I ordered the app for walk in & I waited 10 minutes for my sandwich. I won't drive thru again. I got stuck in the line and was late for call time for a Holiday Concert that I was performing & didn't have time to pick up food from another app order. I will do a walk in ordering more time to see if service is any better.

I neverrr leave reviews but this dunkin donut location never fails to mess up on my order every single time i go. They are constantly forgetting food items and messing up on my drink orders when i paid for it and when it is clearly written on the sticker they print out.I rather drive 25 minutes away to the next dunkin then keep coming to this one.

It's like a party going on inside. The music is so loud. If you came here to try to work or do anything then you're out of luck. They definitely don't want you hanging out here inside. And possible to carry a conversation or even place an order.
they are bad at orders and deliveries. if you are ordering online or doordash be warned they forget to give the dozen of donuts to the delivery guy/dasher. ordered a dozen donuts, munchkins, fritters, and coffee roll. guess what i got just the munchkins and a smelly sandwhich. this dunkin location gets the order wrong and cant even deliver the items i ordered.

I specifically went there in the A.M. before work because I wanted to try their cold brew, maple bacon snack strips, and especially their avocado toast, I liked the sitting arrangement right when you came in to the right, very cozy, I ordered online before getting there, service seemed pretty fast compared to other places like this business, well to say the least, I was disappointed for the most part, the bacon was overcooked and we're not strips, a bundle if you will, and the avocado toast was a tragedy, I'm sure everyone knows what toast is right? lol they don't know here, it was a piece of bread with avocado on it lol it sucked overall
