I got the 6 deal meal and it's super good for a great price and my coffee taste great but 45 minutes to get it was way too long. That drive thru line wasn't long to say it's just that it took forever for the line to move along. Even when I finally got to the window i sat there for about 5 minutes until the window opened and I got to pay for my breakfast. Sooooo I dont know what's going on...45 minutes is insane!

Come here everyday and sometimes they put almost no ice in the coffee, which means the one lil bit of coffee they put in is drowned in oak milk. Pls put ice in the iced coffee thanks. Also it’s not even cold T-T god please I’m begging you literally who is doing this I want a macchiato not a cup of vanilla oat milk T-

Doughnuts outright suck. I go to a doughnut shop for doughnuts, not sandwiches, pizza, or whatever the bright idea of the week is. At least do GOOD doughnuts..but you can't even do that. Doughnut Star and Fosters just down the street blow them away. Especially Doughnut Star. Fosters will try to cheat you if not watched closely, see my previous review. Back to the subject, Dunkin won't be getting any of my business. There's just nothing they have that isn't better or cheaper elsewhere.
Drive thru cashier was super nice. I had 2 orders, and she was super sweet. It's better than the dunkin' by my house.

I like Dunkin, even though their main product is donuts, I kinda go there most of the time not getting a donut, I like there because of their avocado toast and mango pineapple green tea refresher, Oh yeah in my recommended items I put coffee roll, I don't really recommend it as someone who doesn't like coffee myself (at least yet) Only if you like coffee get it, It's a coffee favored cinnamon roll, Over all Dunkin is a great place, But they still have really good donuts I just don't really get them

Wooooo.. the dunkin on van Buren is trash. I ordered a sandwich with no cheese and they said hell with that, take what we give you. I'm never going back there again. No attention to detail.

I’ve never been to a Dunkin and had a pleasant experience. I walk in and no greeting, no acknowledgment. Idk what it is but Dunkin employees seem to be the most unenthusiastic, dead behind the eyes people I’ve ever seen working behind any counter. Hot coffee is always good but it seems like it’s impossible for employees to get an order out. I’m always waiting like a dummy trying to be patient and understanding as I too work in customer service, and every time I have to interrupt their personal conversation to make sure I get everything I paid for. This location has so much potential to be a good. Food is always consistently good but management needs to be more involved in customer service training their employees.
