Bagels were soft and yummy. Loved the sun dried tomato cream cheese. Didn’t love the jalapeno cream cheese, I was expecting straight up jalapeno cream cheese but I guess yall add tapatio to yours? Idk it tastes weird and not my style I want jalapeno for the jalapeno taste.

Love this place! They’ve got a great selection of bagels—I like trying something new each time, but the veggie bagel is my go-to. So flavorful and fresh....don’t forget to ask for pickles...(:

I am so disappointed in this place. On April 14th a little after 12 noon I came to East Coast Bagel Company for the first time. I was excited because I love a good bagel and this place was highly recommended. Right from the start I was turned off. A staff member gets a filthy broken chipped tray and begins to put the bagels I wanted. I asked her of this was normal practice to put food on a dirty tray without a liner. She responded yes and was obviously bothered by my comment. From that point on She was very rude and lacked cultural sensitivity. As her disposition with other's was different than mine. She could of handled it better and I would not be leaving this less than favorable review. If East Coast Bagel is not concerned with filthy trays that are not cleaned then this is not an establishment I will be coming back to. I will stick with Einstein Bagels in Moreno Valley.

The bagels are to die for but the customer service was horrible. They had 45 mins left to close and they made it seem like we were wasting their time trying to order just a bagel and were rude to other customers as well while we waited.

It’s a decent café with a limited selection of lattes and self-serve gas station-style coffee you can customize. The food was a bit on the bland side, but they offer a good variety of bagels. Just be aware when ordering from the breakfast menu, the price listed doesn’t include the bagel, it’s charged separately.

Its just a round piece of bread with assorted toppings. Has no resemblance to a real New York city bagel. Just because you mix flour, water, yeast, salt, etc into a dough, boil it in a kettle of water and bake it does not make it an old world authentic Jewish style bagel. But it cuts in half okay for a sandwich or butter, peanut butter, jelly, etc. But not worth putting any lox, onions and capers on it!

Ordered the club on a spinach herb bagel. Tasty! My partner ordered the same on a whole wheat bagel. His sandwich was much smaller due to the small sized bagel. His mocha was served scalding hot.
The dining area is small and could be better maintained.. cleanliness wise. A very confusing sign in bathroom.

Bought a bagel for $7 (eggs cheese and bacon) the bagel was extremely dried there was no spread or cream cheese so I asked for spread and they charged me $2.89 for a tiny portion of cream cheese so bagel was $10 :( smh

Well you can definitely tell you can manipulate Google because there’s no way 4.5 from the service which there was none to the taste of the bagel just OK but sadly enough there’s none around what a joke really the people of Riverside don’t deserve a good bagel place I went to Einstein last week and it was absolutely amazing great service the bagel was amazing six stars this thing barely a three

Delicious

Customer service should feel more personal. Plus no up sells. Almost robotic, just get them in and get them out.

Cute place. The B is concerning. What is the back hiding?
