The setup is nice and the staff are very happy, energetic, and super nice, often creating a joyful environment. The food, bread, and service are amazing, with everything tasting great and being very fresh. The pan dulce selection is legit, featuring the softest bread around and delicious conchas. The tamales are so delicious and on point, with lots of meat. They also offer loads of pastries, tortas, bolios, and a breakfast torta. The owners have brought back the original, high-quality bread, making the bakery worth five stars. It is a spot not to miss, with many traveling from far and wide for the best quality.
