We have an El Pollo closer to our home but we travel the extra few miles to this location because the food and service is consistently good. I would recommend the drive thru option though because it’s a bit difficult to get counter service.

Did not enjoy the food, gave me a bad stomach ache. The workers weren’t the friendliest and I felt like it was way to expensive especially because like I said the food wasn’t the best:(
I visited this location yesterday on Central in the plaza. The food was good but I want to particularly commend, I think his name is Ashton. He was so helpful and courteous taking my order. I think he said he is a new employee also. Kudos to Ashton!!

Take out | Dinner | $50–100 We've been here three times and each time they have told us they were out of either mixed chicken or chicken dinners in general. We ended up leaving all three times without ordering and will never go back. We were the only car in the Drive-Thru so it's not like they had a huge rush. Don't waste your time as a family going to this restaurant. We were just there again this evening and it's 6: 40 PM. It's not an odd hour. It's not outside dinner hours.
