I visited this location yesterday on Central in the plaza. The food was good but I want to particularly commend, I think his name is Ashton. He was so helpful and courteous taking my order. I think he said he is a new employee also. Kudos to Ashton!!

Take out | Dinner | $50–100 We've been here three times and each time they have told us they were out of either mixed chicken or chicken dinners in general. We ended up leaving all three times without ordering and will never go back. We were the only car in the Drive-Thru so it's not like they had a huge rush. Don't waste your time as a family going to this restaurant. We were just there again this evening and it's 6: 40 PM. It's not an odd hour. It's not outside dinner hours. Every time I go to this location, I get prompted to use the screen to order and that's not an issue, the problem is that I have to remove certain ingredients from my order which is not possible to do through the screen and when I ask to be helped in person, I always get an unpleasant attitude from the staff, and it's always the same employee that's there during the week at around 12pm. As a recurring paying customer, I expect some courtesy. I will be eating there today, and I will get her name this time around.

Just got a taco and burrito ignored the reviews cause the people are nice and it was under cooked pink and raw I thought it was really fast but I bit into the taco I looked at the rest of the taco and it was gross all pink I hope I can get a refund this is just wrong it was 19.00 highly don’t recommend it

Every time I order from here they just gotta mess up an order. It's annoying having a tortilla soup but no toppers, like the small little container with cheese, cilantro and tortilla chips. It's so annoying not finding napkins or utensils when you're on lunch. It's ridiculous how careless they are because they're so understaffed. Don't go here.
