I don't leave reviews too often but I have to because I had the experience at El Pollo Loco thanks to Geddony! She was so friendly, professional, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but she went above and beyond to make sure everything was fresh and just right. Her positive attitude made the visit stand out, and she truly deserves recognition and a raise!
I’ll definitely be coming back because of the amazing service she gave!

I guess it’s normal for drive thru employees to laugh at customers? I must look funny or something?
Young lady with braces and dark hair starts laughing at me then calls another employee to the window, he looks out and starts laughing and speaking Spanish.
I come here 2-3 times a week. I will not be returning.

You can repeat your order three times and they will still get your order wrong, which is ironic because they all take their time. It has to be near empty to get your food in 15 min or less. When I worked at KFC as a teenager we stressed order efficiency and to not keep our customers waiting long periods of time.

The chicken tastes like plastic very toxy All because they are putting all the food inside heat pots and then they cover the hot pots with plastic bag, the food just seats there absorbing all those toxy materials.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The employees were so nice and helpful. The food was delicious and came out fast. The place was also clean. 10/10 would recommend!
Just went through your drive through chicken was overcooked and dry and overly spicy as were the beans... the tortillas were hard on the edges and also tough to eat... I've lived in this area for 48 years and the foods quality has gone down but the prices continue to go up... Sorry El Pollo Loco on Madison you just lost a long time customer...
