I don't leave reviews too often but I have to because I had the experience at El Pollo Loco thanks to Geddony! She was so friendly, professional, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but she went above and beyond to make sure everything was fresh and just right. Her positive attitude made the visit stand out, and she truly deserves recognition and a raise!

I’ll definitely be coming...

The chicken tastes like plastic very toxy
All because they are putting all the food inside heat pots and then they cover the hot pots with plastic bag, the food just seats there absorbing all those toxy materials.

Y’all ain’t tried Apollo Loco till you’ve tried it here. I was astonished to find that the service was so fast and I’d highly recommend you come and try it out yourself. The manager is a very nice person, one of the nicest I’ve ever met.
