Went in yest & ordered a chicken tostada & chicken nachos. Good fresh food, the nachos are over priced for a snack sized box. Customer service could use some work as well… they just stare at you when you come in to order.

Their green sauce is expired and tasted cloudy plus I told the lady to give me 4 and she gave me two I always check the bags because if I would’ve left that would’ve been an inconvenience and it still ended up being an inconvenience because the sauce was not good.

Went to pollo loco for the first time and i was greet with a big smile by the name of Christian And he was kind, friendly and he recommend me to get tostada and he was right. The food was great definitely will come again.

The experience at Pollo Loco last night was amazing. The food was delicious, and the service was warming. The cahier, Nadine, was very attentive and made excellent recommendations.

Food quality is definitely going downhill at Van Buren store 3512. Chicken pieces in dinners are burned and dry, obviously reheated old pieces. Guacamole Chicken Burritos were mushy, had no more than 4-5 tiny chunks of chicken and contained crunchy gristle 🤢, not acceptable.
We have been coming to El Pollo for years and like the food but the last three visits have been disappointing. I don't know how a food establishment can serve/sell low quality food while prices continue to rise.
