I'm a big fan of El Pollo Loco but I've never been in this location (Woodcrest) service was mid the kid at the register not too friendly I ordered a chicken tostada and I usually love tostada, but in this location tostada was disgusting literally everything was nasty chicken was super dry, rice, beans super dry and not flavored sour cream was nasty and the actual tostada wasn't fresh I eat because I was starving bit now I'm afraid to get sick

Should have listened to the reviews. How are you out of chicken at 5:20 pm. Poor management as issue has till not been addressed and is not acceptable. You have one job cook chicken but you kid is laughing and giggling instead of working. It has now been over 10 minutes still waiting. Dirty front windows as waiting for food. Thinking of just donating the 50 bucks and leaving without food if 5 more minutes go by. Customer just walked out because of wait. On a Friday too. Up to 5 people waiting for their dinner now.

The meal was okay ..the chicken tacos were a little dry. But it was the minute maid lemonade for me. It tasted like I was drinking something that had a dirty socks inside. Hey EPL, can you ask all of your locations to consistently clean the interior of the drink machine, daily? Because you're going to make someone sick 🤢 I spent over $40 and feel like I should be on antibiotics stat due to this sour, dirty dishwater tasting drink!

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, great, atmosphere, good AC, and Amazing food. I drive the extra distance because this is absolutely the best of them all. This Pollo Loco location never disappoints!!! Definitely recommend!!!

My husband and I came to EPL for a quick lunch. The first thing I see when we walk in is 2 kiosks to place an order. Our government has really mest things up. No more cashiers. You have to wait a while in order to get any help because there are only 2, maybe 3,employees. That's what happens when the minimum wage goes to $20. This is also giving cashless society vibes. You have to pay with a card at the kiosks. There was no signage telling customers what to do if they were paying cash. For this reason, I gave it a 1 star. The food was good but there is no longer any good customer service. I do not want to go to restaurants and have to order on kiosks. That means people's jobs are being taken away. Their positions are eliminated because of the machines. My way of opposing this is by not continuing to buy from these places. As much as I like EPL food, I will not contribute to this. Not everyone will agree with me, and that's ok. I know their overhead and bottom line have a lot to do with their decisions.
