This location feels pretty new so everything still looks nice. The only problem is that it always seems like they’re so understaffed so the service feels slow, but otherwise the food is good.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, great, atmosphere, good AC, and Amazing food. I drive the extra distance because this is absolutely the best of them all. This Pollo Loco location never disappoints!!! Definitely recommend!!!

Parking: Plenty of parking.

The food was good but now that they have changed to the unpersonal kiosk ordering it's a totally different atmosphere. Not a fan of no customer service and having to look at a kiosk and navigate it to order....takes too much time. Go back to employees taking your order El Pollo Loco.
