Unfortunately, this was the dirtiest location of El Pollo Loco I have ever visited. The young lady at the counter was pleasant however, the rest of the staff was not. They seemed annoyed that I changed my order from a to-go order to dine in. It was a pollo bowl combo and that’s it.
After a minute of waiting in the restaurant I immediately regretted the change to dine-in. The entire restaurant had the most awful smell I have ever experienced. It appeared to smell like old, moldy rancid water. The tables and counter surfaces weren’t clean. It was just awful.
The food was okay but the smell of the restaurant basically killed what appetite I had. And the lady putting the order together was annoyed that I asked for spoon.
Will not go back to this location. Too many negatives for me to be bothered.
