Overall the most consistent experience I've had at an El Pollo Loco, the foods servings are always standardized and don't feel neither skimpish nor overgenerous. The customer service is phenomenal, with a great focus on Spanish speakers for the local area around which I do appreciate. But the atmosphere needs renovation, and there are some loiterers around the lot occasionally which may intimate you, especially when some hold scissors for whichever reason.That being...
