My mother and I went for Thanksgiving brunch. Although the service was outstanding, the food was just mediocre. Also, none of the food being served was warm, even though it seemed to be freshly prepared. I would like to see El Torito do a Thanksgiving dinner versus a Thanksgiving brunch. Maybe this way they can concentrate on the quality of the food versus the quantity of the food.

I had the pleasure of being served by Amanda, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The atmosphere was great. Amanda offered great recommendations and made sure our drinks and food were exactly what we wanted. Her positive energy and excellent service really enhanced our visit. Between the great service and the energizing vibe, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Hostess was very rude and unhelpful. We had reservations and she told us we had to wait because they were too busy. Walk-ins came in and were sat right away. The walk-ins felt so bad and offered their table to us because even they knew it was wrong of the hostess. When we were finally sat, she handed us the menus and pointed to where we could sit. So we sat ourselves.
