I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but I’ve had a couple of frustrating experiences at this location. Yesterday was the second time they claimed not to have received my order when I arrived to pick it up, despite me confirming that I had called the correct location. On a previous occasion, it was a Grubhub order that I couldn't cancel, so I had no choice but to wait there for them to prepare it.
I visit this place often because it's close to my workplace, but there are frequently small issues. For example, I once ordered a burger and salad, only to realize back at work that they had only packed the burger, forcing me to go back to pick up the salad. My lunch break is short, so I generally don’t comment on the quality of the food—as long as it’s edible, I’m satisfied. However, given these repeated problems, I’ll be reconsidering whether to return in the future.
