Burgers were tasteless, no flavor. Onion rings were bad as well. Only good thing was the delivery, on time and place where I ask. This was our first and last time ordering from Fatburger. A regular and a large cheese burger one order of onion rings $35.00, too much for bad food.
Spent $35 and literally threw all the food away.. Burgers literally had a full cup of seasoning on them . so much seasioning it gave me the chills when i bit into it. And im a person who LOVES alota salt..but no.. Couldn't even continue eating it. Id recommend saying light
I used to love coming here before it's temporary hiatus. I visited again recently since the reopening and they unfortunately got rid of the majority of the vegetarian friendly options. They used to have "wings" which was the whole reason why Id love coming here but they also had a veggie burger (not the Impossible) both ive learned are gone even though the veggie burger is still listed on the menu at the restaurant.i had no other choice but to order the Impossible burger, it made me very sick. No fault of Fatburger itself, it's just those patties.Please bring back the regular veggie burger yall have had for years. i get it, this is a burger place but it was so nice to have that option especially for those of us who arent vegetarian by choice.
I be waiting for a while to order they take there time yo tell you ill be there in a few. Lemonaid fountain is always down so you have to keep asking for Lemonaid last but not leat they put too much pepper on the meat ghat nonatter how much condiments i add I tasye pepper through out the burger.
The first time I came here it was really good. Second time the bun was ice cold like it was out of the fridge and shredded ruined the burger. The burger wasn’t hot and not like is usually is.

I ordered an XXL burger for me and a chicken sandwich for my wife. Both were bomb. ALWAYS cooked fresh.✔️??????
Worse customer service, only one employee taking orders. I was waiting for more than 10 minutes. I had to leave because employee was having conversation with the customer. I understand customer service but when the customers are waiting a long time to place an order at less call for backup or have more employees working on peak hours.
Still waiting on the refund that was promised to us because I was charged for food that wasn't available - yet they never said anything until I went through the bag and asked about the missing item. I was given a refund receipt, but never received the actual refund to my card. Maui/banana shake was YUMMY!!!! That's mainly the only thing we'd go back for...Wings were rubbery and don't think they were cooked properly - so we tossed them. Cheeseburger was OK but extremely greasy... but hey - it's a burger! Fries also went directly into the trash - old, greasy, overcooked.I feel bad about this because I know businesses are struggling with staffing right now....I didn't mind the long wait... or anything else that comes along with that, it's understandable - just be honest. Don't act like you're looking for items and put on a display, and then say you're out because of staffing shortages. Just say it up front and move on - no biggie! But to take money from people for items you KNOW aren't available, and then say NOTHING about it until the customer mentions it - not a good business practice.This isn't the Fatburger I remember, but we'll probably give them another shot! But only if I can get a shake!! ;)
Took quite awhile to get food. Was very good by the way. Shakes should be bigger for the price but was also very good

I was honestly rather unimpressed with our meal tonight. I got the Thousand Island Burger and my partner got the BBQ Bacon Burger with Chili Fries.The bread was bone-dry and difficult to chew. It was like eating bread that had been left out on a counter for three or four days. Plus, the beef patty was so thinly smashed and well-done that it literally had no flavor.The cashier was also kind of difficult to understand and the fact that they were out of lids for their smaller drinks and water cups meant that she kept trying to upsell us to the larger-sized drinks that we didn't want.The restaurant itself was clean and well maintained and the Chili Fries were decent though, which is why I gave the restaurant a third star. Without that, it would have easily been a 2 star review.Even though it wasn't terrible, I have no plans on going back because of the poor quality of the food and the fact that it was not worth anywhere near the price we paid for.
Yesterday me and my two daughters went to Fatburger Buffalo Express we had the worst experience the food was lousy the customer service was really bad our hamburgers were not hamburgers they tasted like paper like veggie boogers that's not what we ordered and are my daughter sweet potato for French fries we're burnt and my big fat fries or little pieces broke up and check the lady a half hour to make two hamburgers and our fries my daughter or my other daughter ordered chocolate shake and a order of big fat fries and they said we didn't order the big fat fries for her but she read it back to us and said we did they were very rude they were laughing they were sitting down when we came in there was nobody in there the hamburger buns were cold we will not ever go back there again you need to close them down very unsatisfied they're not getting no ratings
Took about 5 minutes before the wait person acknowledged my existence. Only one person in the kitchen and the wait person was lacking major customer service skills.
Well it’s really good, and the workers seem to be pre occupied with too many orders instead of mingling with customers. The only thing missing in my opinion.
I got a burger meal and it was so juicy and I could not stop eating it. The workers there were so friendly and welcomed me as I walked in the door. I would highly recommend coming to eat here. Don’t take my word for it. See for yourself.
