Worse mexican restaurant I have been to. We went for dinner. Food took forever to come out and they were not even busy. I ordered the birria tacos and they were dry. You can tell they didnt apply enough consome. By far the worst place to get birria tacos. My husband ordered the trio fajitas (steak, chicken and shrimp) When he got his food they also added carnitas to it. Which is weird. On top of that, the carnitas tasted pretty funky. Will not go back! Pretty upset how a let down it was. On IG it looked like a good place. Waiter was nice though.

Fire Up Grill has a great ambiance! The Mummy Shrimp plate is one of my favorites to get. Marc is extremely welcoming and always makes sure the vibes are right! Come here for great food and drinks!

Food was good, glad it was served warm. Concha French toast was very tasty, to the point it didn't need the syrup. Cafe de Olla was light, the aromas and flavors were not as prominent but overall decent taste. Chorizo Tacos were solid especially for the price, and the Birria Ramen was delicious! Well served and tasty meat.
Service was decent, nothing outstanding from our server, though the runner was the one who tried anticipating our needs (salsa, limes, utensils, etc) so that was nice. Ambiance is nice, it does tend to get a little loud since tables are close to each other but you can have good conversations.

The service I had here was to say the least, perfect, there was little to no wait for the food to come out. The food (I got the chilaquiles) was delicious and the portions were very generous, their horchata latte was perfect for the colder weather. Marc was the most welcoming, and I thank him for making me feel very immersed in the environment and had the chilaquiles which were 10/10 in my opinion. I recommend this restaurant for all kinds of groups and very family friendly.

Won't be back! Food flavor was okay, but it was cold for my liking. They took a ridiculously long time to take our order and to bring our food. They forgot to bring my wife's food, and my coffee. However, the cafe de la olla was delicious. Also, straws did not have protective covers which is a sign of bad hygiene. They handle it to you with their bare hand. We had good hopes, but it was discouragement.
