We felt that the servers treated us differently when we arrived, possibly because we did not fly in on a plane. Customers who arrived after flying their planes appeared to receive better and more attentive service than we did. Our table was not wiped when we sat down, and the staff seemed careless when delivering our food, even spilling a coffee and making no effort to replace it. It was disappointing to feel judged based on status or assumptions. We were regular customers, fully willing to pay like any other guests, regardless of whether we arrived by plane or not. Although the food was good, the service experience left a negative impression, and I do not feel inclined to return. This was especially frustrating because I have visited similar establishments before and have always been treated with respect. In those places, we even enjoyed watching planes take off and land while receiving excellent service.

The owner of the Riverside Airport Cafe is now the owner of Flabob Airport Cafe. The food at RAC is terrific. The food at FAC is terrific. My problem is that if I wanted RAC food I'd go to RAC. I come to FAC because the one thing I want on the menu is the nostalgic S.O.S. If you don't know what that is Google it. I guess it's just me and a package of Stouffer's Creamed Chipped Beef from now on. Available at Ralph's. No need to come here anymore. I'm sad.

Super breakfast! Small cafe by the runway, lots of historic information and planes on display around the quaint airport. Stepped down on star for atmosphere, as there used to be many old-times Airplane and Riverside artifacts that with the remodel were removed, but still excellent service, great coffee and super biscuits and gravy. Just an fyi...you have to drive through neighborhoods with narrow roads for a block or two, but worth it.

The food was outstanding. I had the chips and salsa with guacamole and queso. And for lunch, the steak salad. My GF had the Patty Melt and fries. All were made fresh. The service was outstanding. I hadn’t been here since the mid 1990’s and it was a refreshing place to have lunch.
