I come here atleast 2 or 3 times a week. This is usually my favorite place for lunch. but as of lately I have noticed that the girl who works here charges me more every time I come.
11.95 .. 12.95.. and today $13.. weird right. I asked her about it today and she said that they charge more when you don’t want a specific vegetable with your food. But then charges me extra for the other . I never asked for extra vegetables I just don’t want any cabbage so I have to pay extra? How hard is that to understand. Shes so ridiculous for that I don’t want to argue with her so I said ok and paid for my food. Shes the only one who does that. It never happens with the guy who is usually here. Considering if I’m going to keep coming here due to this. It’s not right that I pay different price and I get the SAME thing every time.

Stopped answering phone an hour before they closed and put up their chairs. You look closed ownership. I was driving home from SD and wanted to pickup your meal on the way, you don’t answer the phone so I can’t place the order. Google says your open. I stopped by and you’re open. 5 customers walked in while I was waiting for my food to be cooked all of them asked are you open? Your employees need to be checked lazy and making $20 an hour.. really bad service

I place my order here and there is no restrooms to wash your hands at all. When I asked the front counter person she told me there’s a restroom next door at Juan pollo which was very unprofessional. I’ve never been to a flame broiler that doesn’t have a restroom this is horrible I would never come here again.

This place doesn’t deserve even a star. The customer service is horrible. I’ve made a
Simple mistake, yes and ordered at the wrong place and called right away. They didn’t care and the “manager” who didn’t even give his name until I asked said “ok” when I said I made a mistake. Which I didn’t know until I came to pick it up. I do not recommend this place to anyone! They waste food on the daily and still want to take your money. I placed the order at 6:33 and it said it would be ready at 638 which only gave me 5 mins to realize it was mistake until I went to the flame broiler up the street. “Sean” was a horrible person. Horrible “manager” which he clearly has no sense of customer service. I admitted my mistake which I can’t know of until I came and not even a hey, well credit you or anything! Just an “I don’t care” is what I got. He even goes to say I made the mistake so it’s my fault. There’s just no empathy and extremely lacks any care for people struggling! I will never go to any come to any flame broiler ever again just for this one incident. He is horrible. The employees here lack care and lack any customer service!

This is the hands down the best flame broiler I've been to the food is freshly made & if you haven't tried it yet come to this one & if you enjoy the flame broiler already you know how good it is but I'm telling you this one is awesome don't know but you have to try it #1

I come here for lunch every other day and I order a chicken white rice broccoli only Bowl I got all the way home and I live right by the Tyler Mall but I choose this location cuz I never had a problem with my order before I came here today and they literally gave me white rice and broccoli no chicken I paid $8 I had to travel all the way back pay an additional $6.75 for a side of chicken which told them to 15 dollars their original chicken bowl is just 1099 they refused to refund me and they just wanted to give me the chicken on the side and they expected me to pay for it to correct the issue the girl said she just didn't hear me give her a protein..Just lost a loyal customer
