We spent $60 in the shopping center where Flame Broiler is located. The restroom at the establishment we visited was being worked on due to a plumbing issue. That business said to ask a neighbor and we could use their restroom. We visited 6 businesses, and none would let myself and my daughter use the restroom. It was shocking. I was on the verge of tears when we went into Flame Broiler. The young man behind the counter was so kind - he wasn’t supposed to, but he understood the situation. Thank you to the Flame Broiler for excellent service to members of the community. Next time, we will be eating at your restaurant.

The tofu tasted like it was grilled and was very nice. There's only one vegan option but it's just limited in general.

I've been coming here for years. The food is still great, but inside seems to look like it's not being maintained. The A/C wasn't working and gnats were flying around the soda machine.

Just picked up dinner and had the best experience I’ve ever had at a Flame Broiler. The owner was very kind, welcoming and enthusiastic. The store was immaculate and the food was very fresh! This location is the prime example of what EVERY Flame Broiler should be like.-your new regular customer.
The Flame Broiler at the University Village Plaza is a great place to get a healthier meal. As a "Gigger", I am at this location with regularity. The location is clean and always busy. The food is always fresh and reasonably price.I have picked up orders for both Uber Eats and GrubHub here and I am always satisfied with the pick up process. The staff that has prepared the orders for me to pick up have always been friendly and attentive. And, to my fortune, the customers I delivered to have tipped me and I am most appreciative for this.There is nothing worst to a "Gigger" than doing one's best effort to provide a high-quality service and then get stiffed. This "Gigger" fully supports the "No Tip, No Trip" efforts of fellow "Giggers".
