I reserved 20 seats in a specific area well over a month ago. When we arrived, we did not have the seating we reserved and we were placed in the middle under the sun in three different tables. While everything did end up turning out just fine, It was very frustrating that there were no communications letting me know that we would not be able to sit all together. I feel Flat Top should've called me to inform me. Our waiter was disrespectful to one of our guests. She requested to send back her steak because it was overcooked and only slightly warm when it arrived at her table . Our waiter, Daniel, asked how long she's been letting it sit there and then took his finger and touched the steak and said he thought it was warm. So unprofessional.! Otherwise, we love Flat Top the ambience the food and watching our friends in southbound Band .

Waiter had a bad attitude. He wasn't very attentive and he was disrespectful towards the end.

Live band was great and as packed with people it was the service kept up. Burger was delicious and the lemon pepper wings were perfectly crispy.

It's Mother's Day, so I'd made a reservation for a late lunch. Not sure if needed or not, since most tables were empty when we walked in, but filled up a little as the time went on. We walked in and even though nobody else was waiting to be seated we stood there and took at least 5 min to even get greeted before being seated (we almost walked out). Immediately we noticed how loud the music was, so I asked to a quieter table. We got seated on the patio, which I was a little worried, because of the weather. The misters on the patio really helped. The food was really good, I'd go back to try other menu items. My hesitation to going back, and reasons for the rating, really the loud music.

Even with the reservation, they seated us in the bar. The service was fair, the chairs and menu had food on them and when I showed severe said he'd clean it but never did. The noise level was high and we were next to a group where they were vaping.

Great night... loved the band and the food was very good. I was disappointed they were out of Brussel sprouts but...it happens... Also, I ordered sugar on my pineapple margarita and received Tahine but, there again, things happen. All in all, it was a fun night with nice people, friendly service, good food and a great band (Southbound and Company)

There was lots of confusion within the online reservation system. I made a res. for 6 ppl, no problem. Upped it on line to 8 ppl, no problem. Then I received a text confirming my res. for 12. There was no res for 12 so I replied. I later received another text stating my res for 4 had been confirmed. There was no res for 4 so I ignored it. When we arrived we were seated outside in a timely manner. The patio remodel is beautiful, by the way. The food is always delicious and comes out promptly after the orders are placed. The kitchen operation seems to be excellent. The "front desk" and servers seem to be very disorganized. Service is dreadfully slow, especially from the bar. Drinks take a LONG time. Our server (Taylor?) disappeared for about 15 minutes and we had to ask for help from another. Pre-bussing is non-existent...we had to clear our own empty plates and glasses to another table. On a busy Friday night there was an unused well (bartender station) at the far end of the room. Maybe hire a second bartender? Also they were out of Brussels sprouts which was a disappointment. The place, especially the patio, is lovely and the food is really good. We WILL be back.

The food was good and all the staff were friendly. The only thing is that they didn't let us bring in a birthday cake. I was only annoyed as we were not informed beforehand and would have brought my own supplies. Other than that service was good and the food was good.

I really wanted to love it here.We went on Valentines day. The ambiance is relaxing and cute. They had great music and just a chill relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, that is where it stopped. I ordered the chimichurri steak with a loaded baked potato. I asked for it to be medium. Most of the pieces were medium rare. It lacked seasoning. The baked potatoe was a little hard. It wasn't the worst, but for $48, it wasn't worth it. My husband got the chicken and waffle. The chicken was a thin chicken breast with breading. More breading than chicken and was loaded with bacon bits. Again, it's not the worst but not worth the cost. I got a mai tai. I didn't like it, but that was not the bartenders fault. I ordered a second drink. I liked it but I didn't get it until I was done with my food because it was forgotten about. They did comp it. The waiter was nice, but due to lack of staff, things took a long time, and we didn't get the best service due to that. I do have to say that the chips and guacamole were really good and the best part of the food. The music was excellent. I don't see us coming back, but maybe it would have been better on less of a busy day.

The Flat Top Grill was not what we expected. The Website shows a nice dining setting. This is more of a bar setting. It was extremely loud and we had to move outside. The food was OK but did not exactly look like the food posted on their menu. (we had steaks and lobster). Our waiter was fantastic, that was the best part.

Ive had the ribeye & the tomahawk, both were awesome. Sides were average. Waittress/waiters need some customer service training. There were too many basic training issues to list but two easy examples are just bringing the salad out before the steak or even at the same time. Not after my main course. If i order a drink with no ice & you put ice in it, don't ask me if I'm ok with a plastic cup & try to put the drink in that without the ice. Just make me a new drink. Basic things.

I was really excited about this place and unfortunately my group of 6 was very disappointed. The place is very nice looking and the patio was very nice for large gatherings We were seated and we placed a drink order 3 drinks out 25 minutes later our waitress comes back with only one drink and lets us know that they did not have the ingredients to make the martinis we ordered, I feel that it should have not taken that long to notify us and give us the opportunity to order something else. By this time, the rest of our party had arrived three other people we went ahead and placed a drink order again along with the rest of the group. Those drinks took about another 25 minutes so now we are almost an hour into our seating and no drinks.. since it took this long to get our drinks, we decided to order our food. Our food order came out right away, we were shocked however we had no utensils. We asked one of the guys that was serving the food. If we could please have some utensils and he seemed really upset. We waited still no utensils. It wasn't until our waitress decided to circle back around that we were brought utensils. The food was really good we enjoyed it. However, unfortunately, the service really put a damper on the experience . Overall, the food is a eight out of ten and the service a 4 out 10 ☹️ Also they do charge to pay with a credit card and gratuity of $70 was added to our check for a party of 6 or more this is okay if the service is there however it was not.
