Food is really good, service is ok, drinks need more work. The bartenders need to better their drink making skills. I would go often when Angel was around, im not sure what happened to him. He would make the bombest drinks and had the best attitude.

We went to Flat Top on St Patrick's day. We had reservations and still struggled to get a table. There were at least 5 empty tables outside and people waiting to get seated. My friends that made a reservation prior waited 45 minutes to get seated. The management of the place was lacking. The bartenders, waitresses and cooks were all understaffed. The staff was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The waitresses kept telling us that they did not have enough staff, they were calling in help and another bartender. I am not sure what is going on with the owner or management of the place because it has gone downhill in the last couple of years. I'm bummed because this place was our go to place during the week. The only good thing about our visit was that Cynfull Dance Band was playing. The band was amazing and made being there worth it because while we waited for our drinks and our food, the band kept us busy dancing. I am not sure if we would ever come back. We may come back but only if the same band is playing as they made the visit worth while.

I've been here a few times since they opened and every experience is a little bit different. Came for dinner over the weekend and had the flat top filet. The portion was good for me but not good for my buddy Todd who has a higher metabolism. I noticed a sharp price increase since the last time I came here which was unfortunate news. Service was kind of spotty. It took a very long time for our waitress to come by and say hello but this isn't always the case,l kind of 50/50 on that one. Overall, it was a decent experience but I'm concerned about the value for what you get and the quality of the experience here depending on which waiter/waitress you get that day. I'll give it another shot...
I'm so sad to hear Angel the bartender is no longer here, I always felt welcomed by him every time I took family and friends here we felt so well taken care of even after the prices went up and the %20 charge added to parties of 5 or more we still went sad to hear he no longer works here if anyone knows his contact info please send my way.

1st time coming here. We were seated quickly, staff was great, polite & very attentive, they were shorthanded & kept apologizing for the wait, we didn't mind the wait was worth it. The atmosphere was great and the food was really good. We will definitely be back.

My opinion only. Not enough regular tables in comparison to high top tables but tables don't make the place the food and service does and that's 100%. Each plate comes out as of your at a 5 star restaurant, which you are. Don't let the location fool you this is definitely a location to brag about.Parking: The restaurant is located on a corner strip mall
