I’ve been going to Flavor Theory for a few years now. The bowls are always fresh and well put together…. Staff is always friendly and attentive….it’s also very clean inside as well. Always feel better when I eat there.

Don’t get me wrong this is place is good and I have reward points :,) but many changes have been made. The portions sizes are smaller, the cacaos nibs are not cacao nibs, they look and taste like mini chocolate chips! The first time I gave this place a try prices were reasonable to the portion size, but now it’s offset. I bargain with myself if I should even go anymore because of the portion sizes. They serve a whole spoonful and then scoop the top portion out and I hold...

My husband got the coconut and Ube base. I got the açaí and pitaya base. This place is so so so good. Just go! There is none like this one! It’s a gem. Unlimited toppings. The ambience inside could use some TLC. These are all vegan options. They do offer a peanut free granola mix for those allergic to peanuts.

Vegetarian options: All vegan!

Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant, low purine diet
