Frostbites Crepes & Frozen Delights

Every time we go here we get one sorbet chill cream and one sorbet chill regular but they always charge us for 2 creams and we end up paying more. Over the years probably paid like $20 extra dollars and no one ever seems to care. Just happened to us today again.

easy parking, tasty menu. the customer service was superb, the people at the front really want you to know the vision for the flavors and offer so many combinations of samples that are creative and yummy! really appreciate the time they took to make recommendations based on what we liked. based on the reviews, it looks like this level of customer service is just their standard, which is awesome. enjoyed the final products we got!

I place my order on line and it’s done in a timely matter. They will call you to verify the order and you have to show a picture id when picking up your order.

The service was above and beyond, almost too much. We said it was our first visit and we're offered multiple samples, all delicious. Their soft serve (custard) is delicious and creamy. The apple pie cream cheese crepe, also delicious. I have not a negative word to say about our service or the treats. There was a weird smell -like a cleaning bucket that needed a refresh (I'm smell sensitive but I know that so I don't expect the world to revolve around it) but it wouldn't stop me from returning. Outside smelled strongly of propane and couldn't figure out why (like boiled eggs)
But like I said, employees were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and everything we tried was delicious.

Stopped in for a quick crepe - quite good!
Didn't care for how much they were pushing ice cream combinations, especially when I agreed to a sample and then they added other flavors without asking; thankful I wasn't allergic to them, but could be problematic to others. Otherwise, nice crepe.

We always order large sizes because just a dollar more, the portions are much larger. Besides, these Italian sorbets taste so good! It’s always crowded. They welcome samples before ordering which we also really like because while we know what we wanted, we also are curious about the other flavors.

I like this place! The service is extremely helpful, and the desserts are tasty! Really hits the spot once in a while. The flavors I tried were watermelon, orange creme, and sour apple. I'd highly recommend sour apple!
