I have ordered an online pick up order from here twice. I wait about 20 minutes, like it says on the estimate, and when I arrive the staff acts like they don't have any online orders. Both times they looked at me like I was crazy. Both times even after realizing I did order, they print the ticket and the team in the back just looks at it and walks away for about five minutes before they start cooking.

Not worth the price. I got a falafel rice bowl. Portion size is very small, felt like they skimped on every ingredient. Came with 2 pieces of falafels that were extremely dry and grainy in a terrible way. The garlic and tahini sauce seemed to have no flavor. Wouldn't order from this place again, there are better options nearby.

Got our order over and it took over an hour. About the 45 minutes mark and after 2 sets of people have gotten their orders I told my husband to check on our orders. He was told it’ll be ready in a few minutes. The 3rd pair of individuals who set next to us have gotten 2 orders of the same thing and happily ate it. Meanwhile we’re still waiting. The cashier in the front was not even apologetic and keep fulfilling orders before us. Before the cashier took out orders they were in the corner talking and I heard the one employee cussing loudly. When the cashier/front person took our order there weren’t that much orders at hand. In between the employees would talk and stop working instead of having a sense of urgency in fulfilling our orders as well as others. After over an hour the guy still did not apologize after over an hour of getting our orders. Terrible service and employees. 😡😡😡😡😡

Got my food 12.49 for a taco. I ordered a burrito. The sauce was Larry’s buffalo sauce. To top it off. The food was so small and thin I was still hungry. The picture and advertisement shows a full burrito. I ended up eating my kids food. He was full so it was all good. The Picture was wet the size was supposed to be

It was very hard for me to write this review. This was my number one place. Sadly, the service has gone way down, the portion is way too small, the price has gone up, and the taste has changed. The chicken shawarma sandwich was very very garlicky, we couldn’t taste the chicken. The tabouleh salad should be chopped but they seem to cut them and it was very tangy. Sadly I won’t go back again. Hope people in charge pay attention to customers’ reviews and save this business.
I am a returning customer. I likeD fufus, this past time I went the quality was off. You can just tell everything was made half way w/ no love. Chicken was bland, lettuce was wet and soggy, hummus tasted old. They gave me less than the normal serving of rice.
I would always rave about this place to my friends but the customer service is horrible. The manager is rude. Unfortunately I will not be returning due to the poor customer service. Sad.

Looked up the place for hookah shisha apparently there isn't any & some reason they still have a picture up of hookah. Anyways the place is in a food court type of deal I ordered the hummus and it was OK not bad not good just like missing something a little seasoning. They had a robust menu and the service from the lady was really good.
