No vertical broiler, the shawarma comes from a dish. Low amount of protein and like others have said if you opt for the lettuce as the base the bowl is full of water at the bottom. That being said the protein itself was actually pretty tasty.
Fufu’s has delicious, fresh shawarmas that are full of flavor and made with quality ingredients. Everything tastes fresh and well-seasoned. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!
Tasty. This is not the easiest kind of food to find around here, but this place delivers. Got that classic Shawarma taste. Garlic aioli on point. Pita was fresh and they crisped my wrap up heckin' goodly. Yaummy!
