We had hamburgers, a salad, and a burrito with fries, onion rings, and mushrooms. The food was really good! The sides needed some salt. Super yummy and will go back again! We ate outside so the only noise was the street noise.

I ordered pastrami, burgers, chicken strips, chili cheese fries and 2 drinks and was quite disappointed on almost all items. The pastrami was not made to order and portions were VERY small. I asked the young lady taking my order if my pastrami would include certain items and she reassured me that it would not, but clearly the cook was not on the same page, because it had exactly what I didn't want in it. The chicken strips were perfect. The French fries were good with the exception of finding a large number of fried zucchini in all 4 bathces ordered. The junior cheeseburger patty was extremely flat and was practically not there. There was more bun than there was burger, which was horrible. The chili cheese fries were a great disappointment as I grew up loving this dish at these type of establishments. The chili was far too tomatoey. I need and am used to a pasty chili for chili cheese fries, and the portion of chili and cheese was ridiculous low compared to the amount of french fries included. The drinks were good as far as flavor however, the ice was extremely skimpy and practically melted before we sat to the table to eat. Our condiments were not included with our order. I had to go back to the window several times to request things like utensils, dipping condiments, ketchup, etc.The wait time was decent considering it's such a busy establishment. The outside eating area was appealing. The indoor seating area was VERY run down and dirty. The parking lot was full of litter, there was a stray dog roaming and a male urinating (in plain sight) at the dumpsters, because there is no public restroom. I spent $90 and was very dissatisfied. I felt like it should have been half that amount for what I got in return.

The food here is always good! They serve you fast and get you on your way. The only drawback is the amount of strung out panhandlers that hit you up while you're waiting, but that is on Gavin Newsom, not them.

I just moved to this area and we chose this spot because there was a line and we thought it had to be good if people were waiting.....boy were we wrong. The service is absolutely trash. The girl in the windows was rude and didn't get our order correct. The food is the same as prison food. The Patty's were thinner than in n out burger the chili is from a can and is more or less dog food. My family and I will never return. Also I had mud butt the entire night. Do yourself and your stomach a favor and eat elsewhere

I love this place but unfortunately today I guess I bumped into the owner. I ordered a burger that had curly fries. I went up to the window told them the situation. and they were going to work up a fresh batch ,but I did not want to wait well I decided to go back to get a ranch and I guess the owner made it such a big deal for me to switch out that mistake that they made for a ranch. that team is an amazing team but the owner is something else. Long story short, I had to pay for the ranch. the owner also told me that the customer is not always right
