I never got to come here for food or drinks during my time in undergrad at UC Riverside. Staff was very friendly to hear my story during my 2020-2021 years that didn't allow me to. I come visit campus from time to time but I will make it an new tradition to stop for a bite at getaway in the future.

Omar doesn't know how to provide great customer service. He refused to serve drinks. He should not work here anymore and he should be fired from Getaway cafe.

THE BEST PALCE TO EAT. TRUST. GO. A chill spot when college is out. The owner serves and works the place. Food is amazing. Honnestly, the best calzone I have ever had!!!! And I have had plenty!!
