We stopped by the Gingerbread Shop at the Mission Inn and the line was very long, but the experience was still worth it. We tried their famous hot chocolate huge portion, rich, and very delicious. Best of all, it was nice and warm, perfect for the chilly weather. Definitely a must-try if you don’t mind the wait! ☕✨
The hot cocoa was good. They used to sell gingerbread cookies on their own that were really great and fresh tasting. But now if you want gingerbread cookies you have to buy a hot chocolate to get it. I miss just buying the cookies.
It was worth the long line! Waited for about 30 minutes to get my hot cocoa.
They should serve it as soon as it is ordered, tho, my drink was not hot at all. It was more warm than hot.
