Gram's BBQ Restaurant & Catering

Paid nearly $60 for small portions and mediocre food. This place would have been rated higher if they weren’t charging so much and offering so little on the plate. It’s not right and not fair to the paying customer.

Service was good and the location is great. But this is not worth spending so much money, for lunch!! A whole different conversation needs to be had about inflation. If you’re going to inflate the prices, so should the quality of your food match.

This spot was recommended to us by a local, so of course we had to try it. Back home we’re blessed with good bbq, so I was curious how this place would hold up. BBQ isn’t something I crave often, but when I do, it’s nice to find a good one.

The space is casual and small, right in the middle of downtown. We came during lunch and it was fairly empty. You order at the counter, and we went with the rib meal, which comes with a side. I asked for their most popular side and was given the mac and cheese — it came out sizzling and extra cheesy.

The beef ribs were big but a bit lacking in meat. The sauces are served on the side, and while the flavor was good and smoky, the meat itself was a little tough to bite or pull off the bone.

If you’re into BBQ, I’d say give it a try, but it definitely wasn’t the best I’ve had.

I spent darn near $60 and the food was horrible I would not recommend Grams to anyone and small portions grams use to have good food back in the days but now it is trash.

We ordered Grams for a special 50th birthday party. The food was fresh, delicious and full of flavor. Guests from out of state couldn't get enough. We ended up ordering it for dinner the next day because it was just that good. I will definitely use them for catering in the future.

Amazing service! Pulled Pork with coleslaw just like I grew up with it n Virginia! Then greens put a smack down on me! Can't wait to go back for a catfish po boy!

We ordered catering for 15 people for a party. All of our guests raved about how good the food was. Although all of their food is good, the brisket is very tender and delicious! Definitely one the best BBQs places in the IE!

I have had the pleasure of dining at Gram’s BBQ Restaurant and Catering. I have also enjoyed having them cater our family picnic. Both experiences were great, especially our picnic. Everyone, especially, loved the brisket, chicken and macaroni and cheese. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I visited last night. I got the catfish meal with greens and Mac n cheese. I can't eat very much at one time... my friend and I were also playing a card game at the table. The staff did ask if we enjoyed our food because we hadn't eaten stem much of it... we definitely enjoyed it!!! I appreciate the staff being so nice and cared to ask about our meal! We will definitely return... caring staff...amazing food... and very comfortable atmosphere!!!

Also!!! A man that is blind enter the restaurant while I was dinning it… the staff was so helpful and polite to the man! They made sure he found a seat, checked on him often, and guided him safely out of the door when he was ready!
