I would always go to this place and enjoy eating there since I was 2 years old but Happy Buffet sadly closed permanently when I was 6 years old and now Im currently 15 and I still remember those good times eating in Happy Buffet in Salinas California?

First and last time I step foot in this buffet restaurant. Food that was supposed to be warm or hot was cold, hardly any beef or pork to choose from, food lacked flavor, and last but not least, there was a live roach crawling around the island with seafood on it. I pointed it out to a worker and she quickly swiped it up with the towel she was cleaning the counters with. Staff was nice and the California rolls were good but I will never go there again.

Food is kinda good waiters make you feel uncomfortable after they give you your bill just Standing around so you can pay faster and seems like you forcly have to tip them they just stand their and wait.Always count your change when Paying cash went their today and gave me a lot of dollars so I wouldn't notice she didn't give me my right change they take money of my change and still ask for tip. Honestly worst service.

This is a chinese buffet. They have a big variety of food, salads, sushi and desserts and all taste very good. The service at the table is very good and fast. Place is clean and has a nice atmosphere. I recommend it!

Boy is this place dirty. While the food is okay, I probably wouldn't come back due to the lack of cleanliness throughout the restaurant and the restrooms.

This place could be one way or the other, one day we went and the food was great, next time we roll in there's not one thing in any of the trays, we waited for them to bring food out & it tasted disgusting. 50/50 good luck.
The food isn't bad, especially for the price - but what is concerning is the smell within the restaurant. I can confirm it does smell like sewage backup (they really should just get this fixed) and also if they removed the carpet throughout the restaurant and put some nice tile, it'd change the cleanliness vibes overall.

This restaurant is the worst restaurant in the world The chow mane is so gross the seafood was kind of good my sister cut her hand and the worker didn't care besides one and the worker. When my Family walked in one was on her phone look up at us and didn't do anything finally after 15 minutes they finally got our table not much to eat the sushi was Gross the Soup taste weird and if you're thinking of Dessert there were no dessert at least ice cream machine even ice cream machine taste gross and they lied about the prices it was $24 a person and the. Bathroom was clogged Toilet water was everywhere Please for the love of God and everything holy don't go to this restaurant Go spend your precious dollars somewhere else
