Hotties Fried Chicken

The customer service is immaculate. The server named John is amazing at his work and is extremely helpful and nice when you ask him for something that I had to tip him for his civil behavior. Please tip the goat! The only problem I have with this place is that it smells like a dump. The food good though.

This place is filthy, and it smells like a sewer inside. The food tastes good though. While waiting for my food I changed it to go. I couldn't sit in the stink and eat. Costs too much

Not what it used to be. The owner looks unpleasant all the time. Workers don't seem to like it there (cook working that night was pissed and have seen many quit). And I made a little friend or two while waiting for the soggy pasty chicken. The upkeep of this filthy place is non-existent. The place needs fumigation, new decor, and a new manager ASAP before it loses business. Only giving a star cuz we ate SOME of it.

My fiance and I went there 07/11/2023, and there was no one in there but two male employees. They were listening to vulgar music and just sitting there. That would have been no problem, but when we sat a table waiting for the food, the table was super dirty with crumbs and really sticky. Literally, if you have time to sit there, hang out, and listen to your music, you should have time to clean up the restaurant first! And next time please play something that is a little cleaner.

Drove 30min and it was closed. It was chained from both ends but on the website shows open and there were two signs on the doors that said “yes we’re open” however all lights are off and it’s chained

OK FIRST OFF, EMPLOYEES AKIRA AND JAYSON ARE THE GOAT! THIS RESTAURANT IS ALWAYS FIRE! ALWAYS CLEAN! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOVE AND BEYOND! THEY DEFINITELY ALWAYS EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS. THEY ARE SO NICE IT FEELS OFF, BECAUSE I DON'T RECEIVE GENUINE SERVICE TOO OFTEN, JUST BEING HONEST. THE FOOD IS DEFINITELY WORTH THE PRICE. IF YOU HAVE NOT STOPPED AT HOTTIES IN RIVERSIDE, PLEASE DO. I DON'T EAT ANYBODY MAC AND CHEESE BESIDES MINES AND MY MAMAS.... THEIRS IS PRETTY DARN GOOD HAHAHA. THANK YOU AGAIN, FOR ANOTHER MEAL WELL DONE! ?

I've only ever dined in once because the interior of the restaurant is pretty dry, dull, and weirdly industrial feeling. Food is great though and despite being a saucy hot mess, stays tasting good even as it get a bit less warm.

Food is good, but everything is always sticky; the floors are sticky, the tables are sticky, the counters are sticky.

I’ve been eating at Hottie’s since they opened. I went less often when they raised their prices. I came today and it’s self serve only now… so they charge $0.95 for sauces that used to be free and charge a CONVENIENCE FEE for me to order FOR MYSELF on their tablet.The prices are already quite high - $16.95 for a sandwich, tender, fries and a drink which is usually what I get. Their tenders are larger than at other places which helps make up for the price but it’s still exorbitant.The only reason I’m leaving 3 stars and no less is because the staff are fantastic. Service has never been an issue.Ownership, work on your prices. My entire friend group stopped going to Hottie’s regularly due to your raising prices and at this point I’m done too. You’re next to a college in the midst of a recession surrounded by office buildings less than a 5 min drive away - work on your lunch prices and I’m sure you’ll get more business, including mine.

Good hot chicken place, with a nice variety of spice levels. The loaded mac and fry box are on the larger side, but I personally like to get the fry box and eat it for dinner and lunch. Inside of restaurant is pretty plain, but this is food review not interior design so who cares.

Bad CRM. I came before nine and ordered two combo chickens with fries for inside eating, not to go; after 15 minutes, they told me we closed soon today, sorry, and my order was ready. I got a box and came home. One order was wrong, and another one was of lousy quality. So bad before here that I tried angry chick a lot of different. 1 star
