The customer service is immaculate. The server named John is amazing at his work and is extremely helpful and nice when you ask him for something that I had to tip him for his civil behavior. Please tip the goat! The only problem I have with this place is that it smells like a dump. The food good though.

OK FIRST OFF, EMPLOYEES AKIRA AND JAYSON ARE THE GOAT! THIS RESTAURANT IS ALWAYS FIRE! ALWAYS CLEAN! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOVE AND BEYOND! THEY DEFINITELY ALWAYS EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS. THEY ARE SO NICE IT FEELS OFF, BECAUSE I DON'T RECEIVE GENUINE SERVICE TOO OFTEN, JUST BEING HONEST. THE FOOD IS DEFINITELY WORTH THE PRICE. IF YOU HAVE NOT STOPPED AT HOTTIES IN RIVERSIDE, PLEASE DO. I DON'T EAT ANYBODY MAC AND CHEESE BESIDES MINES AND MY MAMAS.... THEIRS IS PRETTY DARN...

I've only ever dined in once because the interior of the restaurant is pretty dry, dull, and weirdly industrial feeling. Food is great though and despite being a saucy hot mess, stays tasting good even as it get a bit less warm.
