The food and atmosphere is what you would expect, but there was no waiting and they took care of us quickly. What was a nice surprise was their service, it was better than I have experienced at high-end restaurants, and the whole team watched out for each other... top notch!!

The waiter wouldn't stop arguing with us about everything from the kids cups to preparing the pancakes. He even came back to argue some more about the cups. Then the food came, the kids food was cold and the fruit was brown and smashed. They were also out of creamer, kids cups, and sprinkle pancakes.

Today is November 24, 2025. This place should not be open. Somebody get the health inspector because it wreaks of mold in here. Literally the only way I could eat was because the smell of the food temporarily overpowered the moldy smell. Why did I even bother eating here? I was really hungry lol The smell gets stronger when they run the dish washer. DO NOT EAT HERE

We had a horrible service. Our server Elijah treated us like we were second class and ignored us and couldn’t even do the courtesy of asking if I wanted to switch out my drink. Because they were out of the one I ordered. They just replaced it without asking. Walked out without eating our meals because the service was terrible. Never going there again

I went there for the $6 breakfast but it was $7 :( That's ok, totally worth it. I got the very sizable omelette W/two large pancakes and I'm beyond full. Most importantly, I I have to say that my extremely adorable waitress was totally on point and turned out to be one of those types that go above and beyond. I'm my opinion, that's half of what it takes to make a good restaurant. I never got her name but she's a very pretty brunette and is more than deserving of twice the tip. Check it out this IHOP, worth it.... And a big thank you to my kind waitress, see you next time. ;)

Long wait for weekend breakfast which was expected. Took 14 minutes to be addressed after being seated, and immediately ordered for 2. Took another 15 for the food to be served and the eggs were room temperature, hash browns were burnt and crunchy all the way through, bacon slightly undercooked. Only thing slightly hot were the pancakes

I’ve been coming to this IHOP for a while now, and honestly, the service has usually been terrible — not customer-focused and often unprofessional. However, during my most recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised. Elevisi provided one of the best services I’ve ever received here.
I’ll admit I was hesitant at first, expecting the same subpar service I’ve gotten in the past, but Elevisi completely changed that experience. He mentioned it was only his second week working there, yet his professionalism, attitude, and attention to detail were better than any other server I’ve had at this location. This had to be one of the few times I didn’t have to complain about my order or deal with issues. Normally, I’d end up having to talk to the manager, Karina (who honestly isn’t great either), about messed-up food, wrong prices, or just overall poor service. But this time, I actually left feeling satisfied.
I like supporting local businesses, and truthfully, I was close to giving up on this one completely. But as long as Elevisi is there, I’d be more than happy to keep coming back.

Service was horrible. Waited over 15 minutes to get our order taken. When they did come we were told they were out of eggs, turkey bacon and hash browns. He said the manager was on her way with more and it would only be a 10 minute wait. It took well over 30 minutes to get our food and they messed up my order. When I asked if they can fix it, another 20 minutes passed and I let them know to just cancel it. Worst service ever. If they would’ve been upfront with us that it was going to take longer to get our food, that would have been fine.

They seated us upon walking in, but we didn't get waited on for almost 15 minutes. We almost walked out. The seats we sat on were very worn out and uncomfortable. After we got our food, I had to stand up and walk to the counter to get a refill on our drinks.
It's very old, very worn out, and there wasn't enough wait staff for the amount of customers they had. The bathrooms were clean but also very dated. When we walked out to our car, we noticed that the outside needs some definite updating and fixing. We will not go back.

The parking lot is awkward and a bit annoying. We got seated at a booth within minutes of walking in by a very cheery woman. Our server was sweet and patient with my fathers weird and large order. Restaurant easily and kindly accommodated my father's mobility walker. Booth was fairly comfy although the table was in a fixed position and space to slide in wasnt massive so might be difficult for larger bodies. Food came out fast and hot. Relatively clean and tidy. Overall a pleasant experience.
