They are charging for extra syrup. When you do a take out order, they know their pancake suck up syrup. You need 4 to 5 little box. of syrup to go for a 3 stack of pancakes. And they give me one, maybe 2 at best that's crazy other than that good.

My guy friend and I were very pleased to receive such sweet service and attention from the lovely staff. IHOP food is always good, and the atmosphere was cheerful. Our server was thankfully familiar with the new menu, and pleasantly guided me to my favorite item. We'll definitely be returning to this location.

Very reasonable price on its menu. Lots of options in breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Did not have to wait to long to be served. Drinks flavored were great not water down. Table were picked up and cleaned. Waiter came to check up to see if we needed anything else before leaving. Can have a decent day eating here with someone and able to hear each other's conversation. The atmosphere was cheerful, inviting and smells delicious as you walked in. I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy with a side of pancakes 🥞. The biscuits were soft but yet crunchy as the gravy topping was creamy but a great pepper flavor. The pancake were fluffy and buttery. I order a delicious french vanilla coffee. The value was about $20 for each person. Restaurants was clean and tidy. Did not take long to receive the food.
Lived in california for 25 years. Retired and moved back to India in 2005. Visited CA after 20 years and IHOP used to be our favorite place. So visited this particular one for old times sake. Had a grilled chicken salad which was sad for the price of $16.99. The hashbrown was expensive. The service was okay, workers don't look too happy neither are they courteous. Polite is the word and they will basically serve you food that's it. Not a good feeling as the IHOP 20 years ago was good, food was good and it used to be bustling with people. Anyway...sad but that's life!! Good luck as IHOP is an All American Breakfast place which we all love(d). :)

I went there today for my son‘s birthday and the waiter only checked on us three times to get our food order to get our drink order and then one last time before she gave me the bill I told them it’s my son‘s birthday can you guys please sing him happy birthday. I didn’t even want any like meals off or like any extra stuff because he was already full just a happy birthday my son’s five years old and I told them and one of the ladies she was very, very nice. She was like yeah I’ll tell them I’ll tell them, but our waitress on the other hand was very distant and cold and my son was a little bit sad because he thought he was getting sung happy birthday. I’m not trying to be entitled or anything but he’s five and the service was just unsatisfactory the food it was good but the service and the atmosphere just seemed off.

The dining experience was characterized by high-quality food; however, the service was unsatisfactory. The establishment was quite small, resulting in proximity between tables that created a sense of discomfort. Consequently, I was unable to fully appreciate my breakfast and felt a strong desire to leave the premises as soon as possible.
