Terrible service and everyone inside the building is Rude

I went with my daughter and arrived around 11:15 and there was a 25-30 min wait which I was fine with, once seated around 11:45 we ordered our drinks and the server forgot my daughters drink, it’s okay we’re all human. 20 min in I notice tables around us that came in after us had ordered and received their food, okay no big deal maybe it was just what we ordered. More time goes by and I realize it’s already 12:25 40 min after being seated. Even then I still waited and I started noticing everyone around us had their food, the server did not come once to check on us within that time. At 12:33 a different server brought our food, and my food was wrong. I am not bothered about waiting because it was busy, I’m bothered by the inattentive service, so many tables arrived after us, ate, and left by the time we got our food. Almost an hour later the server that took our food order comes to check on us. What’s the point now.

Service was very slow, drinks did not get there until after the food, chicken tenders were so hard they sounded like granite being crushed when biting on them, pancake order was wrong, asked for tres leches, got buttermilk with a drizzle of the sauce for tres leches. The pancakes that were brought out were mediocre at best, at least they got one of 2 orders right, by the time my order was remade to where the chicken tenders resembled edible food, my girlfriend had already finished eating. Was it worth it? Well the order was a plate of rock hard tenders and the incorrect type of pancakes which were still very dry, a hot chocolate that was half whipped cream for some reason, a Dr Pepper, and a small stack of chocolate chips pancakes, a scoop of hash browns and an egg. Was that worth $45.19? Definitely not, if the food was properly cooked the first time around and the right food was brought out than maybe $25-30 would seem fair, having said that was crazy as it sounds you’ll be much happier with any fast food breakfast platter than this pancake house that can’t make pancakes right

I gave a three star, because although the breakfast special was really good, a basic coffee, non flavored, ( only cream) was 3.99. Are you serious ? For coffee that costs $ .30 in ingredients per cup. Someone is getting ripped off. Custom coffee, caramel, or latte, etc, sure. But 3.99 for cup of black coffee. Free refills tho. But seriously. Who would have 4 refill cups of coffee?

Went here after ifly. I can't remember the last time I've had worse service or food. It was so bad I don't have room to list it all. No shade to IHOP in general but this Ontario location is garbage

I am gluten free,so I went for the gluten free pancakes. I asked for blueberries to be put inside. They were the best tasting pancakes. I am now addicted. Lol. I AM SO happy I finally found a place to have a wonderful breakfast.

Good service and the waiters were friendly and attentive and always asked if you were okay or needed anything else, waiting line is about 25 to 30 Sunday.

Great service and good pancakes! I had 3 Buttermilk Pancakes with a boat-load of butter. The finishing touch was the syrup: Butter Pecan.. mic drop.

It was a nice experience but had a kid kicking my table had to get the manager. I did speak to the manager that maybe it's not a good idea to put so many people at one table it was a big bench and then they added a table that must have been about 12 there. Maybe they should put them in the center when they're not kicking anybody that's just my thought
