Received my 3x3 tomatoe wrap with a hair immediately notified the cashier, he told us to park across and they would redo while waiting for the rest of order my fries light came out fries burnt my wrapped onion was missing spread and even after they redid my husband burger again, it was missing the spread and tomatoes, it was now 15 minutes later I was angry. The cashier was apologetic but I wanted to speak to the manager, I took out my frustration and explained to the manager that my husbands order was wrong again and I told her i didn’t want my food anymore I wanted a refund, she did give us a refund back, this experience was so overwhelming . This location doesn’t take pride in the quality of how food is prepared and how to follow and read the order. They kept apologizing but overall disappointed. I am suggesting more training. The hair is no excuse if they are using hairnets, how do you explain the hair.

I want to love in and out burger as much as everyone else, And I do but...... Inevitably, I order my burger and then wait and wait for the people in front of me so that by time I get my order.It has been sitting there and gets cold.

What a disappointment, I waited for some time to get my food and it was cold, the French fries where awful,If I wanted cold food in a hamburger ?And terrible French fries, I would of reached into the trash can and probably got something better tasting than what you guys gave me,,!!!!Huge disappointment,,!!

Yo u already know da deal here - bomb ? Azz burgers ? and too-thick shakes...the fries r nothing to write home about...pretty good svc tho. But the frequently long lines, especially late nite - SUCK!
Ate there recently had gotten so much better. Burgers are so delicious. 10/10
