This location must have a poor manager. For some reason it takes forever to get through the drive thru. The line isn’t that long yet it takes 45-60 minutes. What’s going on in there?

I mean it get going at night that the workers are gonna be tired but I found a REALLY long hair in my burger. So gross. I've never had a problem with In N Out before. Yes, my hair was tired up so it couldn't be me.
