Food was creative, but rather overpriced.
Appetizers were appropriately sized- except for cheese fries, which were HUGE !
My Yaki Tacos were just alright, tho- chicken not seasoned, just dressed in teriyaki sauce, flour tortillas didn't match the filling well.
Server was very kind, but seemed overextended- despite having help, we were overlooked on drink refills and a couple of items.
Quite loud atmosphere, too- table conversations very difficult.
For me, Islands is a one & done.

I visited Islands yesterday with a party of six between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Although the restaurant was not busy and we were seated immediately, the service we received was incredibly disappointing.
We ordered appetizers but were never provided with plates, napkins, or silverware.
Half of our drinks (3 out of 6) were completely forgotten and never arrived. Our food looked rushed and unappealing. Despite the low volume of customers, our server never checked on us. We attempted to flag down other staff members for help, but they consistently speed through their sections.
When our server finally returned with the check, she was dismissive and had a very negative energy.
I am writing this because I didn't want to cause a scene in the moment, but management should be aware that even during slow hours, the staff's lack of attention and poor attitude made for a very unwelcoming family meal. Better training is definitely needed.

My wife and I went to islands march 6th.
I was supposed to call for reservations early that morning ended up calling for reservations at two thirty p m.Luckily, there were still room to put my name down for 5 30 pm. As we arrived, it was bustling, many people were dining in and several were waiting to be seated.

Two hour surprise, happy hour was all week from 3 to 6 30pm. We ended up trying different drinks and appetizers and took our main course home.

Servers and greeters all had amazing energy.
Food was good really good.

Good lunch specials. The burgers Is definitely shareable. Chilli cheese fries is a must.

I was not impressed with the burger with bacon I had. The flavor was short of my expectations. The bacon didn't taste like bacon. The salad was meh. My Mai Tai didn't taste like a Mai Tai. Only the onion rings were good.

Hard cold fries almost chipped my tooth.
Idk if it was a bad day for the chef but I hope it's not bad like that every other day

We absolutely love the California Flyer, which is no longer on the menu, but we can still order. Best BBQ chicken burger we've ever had! They keep the drinks coming and are very attentive and the restaurant is always clean.

OK, here’s the thing I wanted to try a burger that was different than your fast food restaurants. It was definitely different and bigger, it would’ve been better if they would have got it right the first time I ordered a double cheese it came out single they eventually brought me out a second Patty but by then I had already eaten almost half the french fries were lukewarm. The drinks were OK. The best thing was the fried green beans. The service was OK and I don’t think we will be back. Actually I know we won’t we both were pretty disappointed, and it was very expensive
