Went through the drive thru and was asked by the guy if I wanted to try the special item, and I said no and started ordering. The guy never said just a minute or anything and never had my order taken. I pulled up to the window, and the guy was nowhere to be seen. I believe he was in the restroom, so I drove off.

I didn’t realize I ordered it wrong place it was 20 min away from my home. And I been calling them many time but no answer because I want to cancel my order and I guess I have to drive over there I asked for manger I been calling you no answer I accidentally order in wrong place it 20 min away from my home and I explained them everything and I asked can you please refresh my foods. Guess what they said no I can’t because you order too much foods. Like wow! It hurt my heart because I have bad day whole week and now this it just wow. People need to more nicer and willing to.
All I just ordered 2 kid meal 2 taco and one combo and one shake.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service and food. Avoid using the app. I had attempted to order fries using a promotional offer on your mobile app, but encountered difficulties applying the discount. When I finally arrived at the drive-thru, I specifically requested that my fries be served hot. Unfortunately, when I received my order, the fries were unacceptably cold, as if they had been sitting out for an extended period. The food was inedible in this condition, and I was unable to enjoy my meal. To make matters worse, the drive-thru employees, Raul and Marie, were extremely rude and unhelpful. They argued with me about losing product. when I finally pulled over to see my food. The order was wrong. I ordered a ultimate cheeseburger and got a chicken sandwich. The employees don't care about customer service They're more concerned about wasting food even though they got the order wrong and gave me the wrong sandwich. They just wanted to be right and that's wrong. I don't plan to come back here again. I hope I get my refund online because I just bought food that is uneditable.
Update. I made a complaint on the website provided by the owner. I never received a refund or a call back. I also noticed that the drive-thru worker gave me a fake name. I guess the server was named Miguel S.
I want my money back not a website that won't do anything

Every week or so I go in and get a burger and fries. The burger is always pretty good and the fries are always hot. It is the most consistently good place I've been to. At least for the very early morning shift.
