I spent extra money for the Gremlins meal (which was overpriced to begin with) just to get a collectible Gremlins air freshener. I was disappointed to learn they had run out of them weeks ago! Tell the customer this at the time of ordering so we can change our order or at least give us a replacement item like a Jack in the Box car antenna topper etc.

Went through the drive thru and was asked by the guy if I wanted to try the special item, and I said no and started ordering. The guy never said just a minute or anything and never had my order taken. I pulled up to the window, and the guy was nowhere to be seen. I believe he was in the restroom, so I drove off.
