The Gm at this location is top tier. Minor mistake during a busy rush and exceeded my expectations on resolving the matter. I work retail and I understand how it is sometimes and I really appreciate great service!

I have never had issues before at this location but today was the worst. I ordered my food and payed and was told to park upfront. I sat in my car for 15 minutes waiting for my food. When I got my food my #16 was missing. I went back in a Rocio the cashier told me I didn't other that. I told her that was the only combo I ordered and if I didn't then why was I given my drink and fries. Then she started telling her co worker in Spanish I lied. I know Spanish so I understand everything she said. She was being rude and acting like she didn't mess up my order. She really needs to listen better to the customer ordering and don't call them a lier in front of them. This is what $20h gets you people who can't get your order correct. I will never go back there again.

At 11:20 Tuesday April 9th two gentlemen were attending the window. A man with short black hair attended us with a tattoo on his forearm. To whoever is management this gentleman had a kind, gentle demeanor and showed excellent customer service. I work in human resources in a parralel industry and found the other gentleman larger and of a lighter tone, bald, and had a hat on to be rude, disrespectful, and threw food disrespectful at his coworker. Not only that yelled at his coworker infront of coworker while the other calmly tried to attend to our requests.I try to go to great lengths to be clear who is who in this review as I think the nicer one clearly exemplifies the jack in the box standard of customer service.Thank you.
