If I could give a 0 star review I would. I just stopped by to eat inside and the restaurant closed for dine in, it's only drive thru. The sign at the door and online, says that there is dine in access until 11PM. We arrived there at 10:08pm. There was an employee coming out at the time, he said that it was closed. We asked about the 11 pm sign, and he just raised his shoulders and shock his head and walked away!

This is the worst Jack in the box!! I’ve ever been, the French fries were recooked in old oil, they burnt my egg rolls to the point they weren’t edible, the onion rings were soggy the cheese they put on my curly fries had a bitter taste nothing seem fresh . Tacos were soggy welted lettuce My son ended up with a bad stomach ache we couldn’t even fish the food it was so bad.

Came by earlier extremely disappointed with the rude and unprofessional encounter with the manager i believe her name is Karla. I simply asked her a question don’t know if she’s having a rough day but doesn’t justify her actions, after our altercation she continues to turn around gossip to her employee about me right in front of me. Wouldn’t waste my time nor money here again especially having a women like that in charge!

It’s really bad. They need to work on remembering things. They sure do have a lot to work on. So hopefully this place doesn’t get shut down if they keep up with that.

Yesterday I got the Homestyle Chicken Club (#10) and substituted the fried chicken for a grilled chicken combo, nothing eventful paid $15 for the large meal and curly fry... today I got the exact same meal and size, but was charged an extra $3.25 for the grilled chicken substitution, and the meal came out to $17.04 before taxes. Idk what the difference between yesterday and today was, besides employee at the DT window, I feel I got overcharged.

If I can I would give negative 5 just left from there order munchies meal gave me like 5 curly fries that were cold as hell my burger was cold 🥶 after having me wait 15 mins inline only car there soda was warm no ice wasn't gonna complain about everything and wait another 15 mins so I left and cut it as a lost of 15bucks never will go there again...and I don't want a sorry from your company because it seems it happens often get new employes

Ordered a munchies meal and a homestyle chicken ranch club sandwich. Get to the windows after being told to wait of course short of the windows until the call you forward. Firsalof meal is over $20. Dude hand is me a munchies meal and says have a nice night. Lol in thinking he should know a munchies meal isn't over $20 alone. Inask for the homeatyle chicken ranch which is no problem. The problem is the side of 4 tacos we specifically asked for no taco sauce. We'll the chef put extra it appears. My homestyle chicken sandwich was so over cooked, it hurt my teeth to bite. I had to double check the sandwich to see if I was attempting to eat chicken.

This used to be the "go-to" Jack considering how the one on Heacock is not good as well. But I guess I'll have to drive over to Nason moving forward

I ordered 3 munchie meals and wings and the guy only gave me 2 ranch and I told him if I can have 2 more and he told me that would be extra. I told him that I ordered 3 things and I just got 2 ranches! He then told me that the munchie meals don’t come with ranch 😆. Never going to this one again bad customer service. Save ur money!!!

Terrible service. Forgot my food 2 times in a row. Also my food was cold and chicken sandwitches was clearly microwaved and appeared to have rotting lettuce. Never again.
