Bad customer service the few times I went. They also never get orders right if I ask for something to not be on it. Today tried stopping at at the time of writing this (12/17/2024 6:43 pm) and the drive way was closed. Went to the parking lot and they had a sign on the window they were closed for an employee christmas thing and would be back at 8 pm. Checked Google maps to see it said they are open at this time.

Got to eat in. I ordered online and got my food quickly. They only had 1 flavor of soda (coke). My food was fresh and hot. For under $5 got full. Can't beat the 2 for .99 cents tacos if you order through the jack in the box app

The lady working the drive thru rn completely unprofessional. She closed before closing hours. Didn’t bother to ask for her name, but this site knows who was in charge of drive thru orders. I’m baffled by this experience. Will never return to this location.

Bad customer service i ask for a spicy chicken and the meat look like it was there for hours when I asked for it fresh at last min. My son wanted a carmel ice coffee and the team leader Francisca made a comment that if I was going to order on the window to park me a was parked 10 min for a ice coffee unbelievable
Had the bacon double smashburger Food was hot had great flavor and was put together like you see on tv fries were hot and crisp wish all locations would take care of customers like this location does.
