Wasn’t too busy when I went in. Got me the extreme sausage breakfast combo. Any Jack in box I go to, I get that. Def my favorite breakfast item. This one did not disappoint. Quick service. Great food. Made perfect. Clean restrooms. All in all a good experience at this location.

Went thru drive thru ordered breakfast jack combo with sausage. Received sandwich with ham No receipt given to me. Total 7.60 gave 8.00 received 30 cents change :[

Really disappointed with this jack in the box, not once but twice we have ordered milkshakes here (once a couple weeks ago and once 3 nights ago) and we've been given a warm, slimy, foam with whip cream filling up half the cup! I asked the lady working the drive thru window "what is this? It's literally warm and foamy it's gross" to which she answered "idk thats how it came out of the machine, you can call and talk to a manager tomorrow sometime, but that's all I can do" then she literally closed the window on us. I was shocked because I had literally just spent $20 in milkshakes and $15 in food and that's all she could help me with? I literally threw the milkshakes out and went to del Taco and ordered 4 new milkshakes. To top it off I called to speak with a manager the next day, a couple times and no one answered!!

I got the sourdough jack and I was pleasantly surprised that it was pretty good.
This jack in box doesn’t deserve any stars at all. So many time I had problems with this this store but I always come it’s the closest to mine house this time I’m never coming back, I placed a order online I made a little mistake I wanted it for later time, so I called them if they can push later they never answer!! I had to go in person ask for a refund the lady at the window was giving me attitude I understand it’s late but still you don’t need to be rude I jus wanted a refund she had the nerve to tell me I should’ve came more earlier to pick it, but I told her I call so many time to fix the correct time for me to pick it up like there no need for you to say that I jus wanted my refund she jus added that to make me feel like big back she was rude no stars at all
