Customer service sucks. Very rude no matter what time of day it is.

Really disappointed with this jack in the box, not once but twice we have ordered milkshakes here (once a couple weeks ago and once 3 nights ago) and we've been given a warm, slimy, foam with whip cream filling up half the cup! I asked the lady working the drive thru window "what is this? It's literally warm and foamy it's gross" to which she answered "idk thats how it came out of the machine, you can call and talk to a manager tomorrow sometime, but that's all I can do" then she literally closed the window on us. I was shocked because I had literally just spent $20 in milkshakes and $15 in food and that's all she could help me with? I literally threw the milkshakes out and went to del Taco and ordered 4 new milkshakes. To top it off I called to speak with a manager the next day, a couple times and no one answered!!

This jack in box doesn’t deserve any stars at all. So many time I had problems with this this store but I always come it’s the closest to mine house this time I’m never coming back, I placed a order online I made a little mistake I wanted it for later time, so I called them if they can push later they never answer!! I had to go in person ask for a refund the lady at the window was giving me attitude I understand it’s late but still you don’t need to be rude I jus wanted a refund she had the nerve to tell me I should’ve came more earlier to pick it, but I told her I call so many time to fix the correct time for me to pick it up like there no need for you to say that I jus wanted my refund she jus added that to make me feel like big back she was rude no stars at all

Food was undercooked, lettuce was old with black spots, and the mayo didn't taste fresh. Cashier looked mad, definitely got some weird vibes from that place.
Breakfast lunch or dinner jack always is good . Upgraded and looks decent.

Beyond dirty beyond disgusting beyond disrespectful, the worst experience Ive ever had. My poor mother was trying to make an order & The cashier looked straight past her while my mom gave her her order just for her to snap out of whatever drug coma she was in and ask for her order again.. It took her 10 minutes to get my moms one order done she ordered one thing. One thing. The entire establishment was dirty. Rotten lettuce in tacos and butter, lettuce with dirt still on it. The girl at the front counter tried to give me a dirty used tray with grease stains on the paper. I asked for my order to be served for here and she gave it to me to go in a bag. Just how many things can go wrong in one terrible 30 minutes..
