Unbelievable absolutely ridiculous for a fast food place just take it down build a McDonalds at least they have what they advertise “monster munchie meals” are exercising the invisible man literally no where to be found waited in the drive thru more then 47 mins longest line I’ve ever seen probably longer then in and outs lines and just to be greeted with at the menu with “no we don’t have that or don’t sell that anymore” whoever invested in this building is losing paying customers! I’m so done with this jack in the box on van buren I rather go to the one on caljaco quick and efficient and guess what they are never missing anything and the food quality is 10x better then this stale dry food.

Jack in the box is jack in the box. It's a great place for quick meal.Especially early in the morning. And what I order is always good.That's why I keep going back.

I always order on the app at least 10 minutes before coming to the store and they always have my food ready on arrival! Very good service, even though the food is kind of mid 😂 go on the app for good deals!

stop by today, July 30 at 9:45 PM and the doors were already closed yet. The dining closes at 10 PM so I get it trying to save labor not even that just laziness missed out on sales so won’t be coming back to the Jack-in-the-Box soon I will be going to Farmer boys and In-N-Out.

The server at the drive thru will ask about specials then go silent. I waited and politely called out but no reponse. Just a dead mic. Will not be going here again.

all I got was two sm hamburger patties and I asked for a large unsweetened iced tea with extra ICE.
Got iced tea but no extra ice.. do t tell me yes it's extra ice when it's NOT.

Everything is great when they don't forget items.. I have a big family. I love tacos no sauce, they always put sauce. My acid reflux can't handle it
