Only reason 4/5 was due to the soda , the syrup/carbonated water ratio was off. Not enough syrup. Teriyaki bowl was cooked properly and the portion was big enough for the price 👍 The employees were efficient and friendly. The jack in the box app messed up my online order but the employees understood and corrected my order. Graveyard shift.
Parking: Be careful exiting the drive through. The parking lot has steep drainage slopes and will hit the bottom of car frame

Not coming back here. Portions are tiny. A lot of women workers. Which is great. But it seems they're upset and don't like they're jobs. I understand that you don't want to refill lettuce, cheese, and other items often, on the line. But come on. Give me a taco I paid for. Plus, I stood there for a long while before I was acknowledged. I felt very uncomfortable and like I was bothering them. I travel often and eat alone. I don't appreciate being ignored when I walk in. Your staff should greet people and be happy. Not look at me, like I'm ruining your life by ordering Tacos... Pass. Unsafe and unpleasant

Just came for a quick stop for a soda and some curly fries?
I feel so angry right now I am on my way from work to go back there right now. I live 4 minutes away from there and was hungry last night. I went and ordered the buttery smashed jack combo. 2 heavy weight kids were there a boy and girl. They looked as if they were related. Anyway, for some reason ( thank God ) I always lift the bread up to look first. It was gobbs of spit on it and 3 chunky balls of some kind of fat meat that looked so nasty I almost threw ??up. It was so much spit though ? I was not rude or anything I believe their little prejudiced asses heard my music playing and heard me speaking and just made judgment right then and there. It's cool though Vengeance is mine saith the Lord.

This place claims to open the drive thru 24 hours a day. When it is not true I always go to Different Hours and they say it is closed. They never have hot coffee ready.

The blonde male at the drive-thru is always very thorough with condiments, napkins & kindnes- HE DEFF KNOWS HIS ISH!
Good hot food. I order no Mayo and they did not put Mayo! Most of the People forget. The Drive thru cashier did not say hi( guys) and the guy that gave me my change back, did not count the bills infront of me. He just gave me the change without counting it back to me, this is unacceptable!
