After a long day of work, I decided to go to jack's at the end of the meal.I was so grateful not too many jacks cooked or food as good as the one in jurupa valley right off the 60 freeway exit Great customer service and great food.Keep it up jack and let's go dodgers

If can I will give a no star there greedy ask for ranch and taco sauce and gave me 1 of each for 4 meals like bro ..I ask for more and told me 25¢ each .. like I just spend almost 50$ right now

Honestly the worst jack in the box I have been to. I live local and decided to try this place again in over a year since my food is usually Luke warm or stale. So today I went again ordered a double smash burger and a cluck combo. When I got home with the food for me and my kids, both sandwiches have no pickles and my burger was a single but I was charged fir a double the fries are old, hard and stale. I am so sick of this place management needs to step it up. $31 for 2 meals and some chicken nuggets which were definitely soggy is definitely not worth it this location should close or get way better management. Horrible service in my opinion. Customer should be notified if they aren't getting what they ordered

This visit was so disappointing. 1. They combined my hash brown and French toast 2. They couldn’t give me any syrup 3. Look at this pathetic bowl. 4. So much attitude from beginning to end 5. Everything was cold I can’t believe how awful this experience was and needed to report it to management. I hope whoever is responsible for this service (Thursday, May 8 @ 9am) hears about this. I hope to hear back.
