They forget how to do their jobs! Every time I have been here they screw up the order! Not even in little ways! It’s always when they aren’t busy! I get it messing up when there’s a lot of people but there was barely any customers and they still mess up! They skip entire items, get soda flavors wrong, and mess up the burger in any way they can!

Went through the drive thru just before noon on a Friday, asked for an item, the manager on the other end doesnt put it on, I then order a #5 and he said okay a #4 and we went back and forth 3 or 4 times before he got the right burger on the screen. Then I noticed he didn't put my other item on so I had to ask for that a couple more times before he put it on. Then I get my food and look thru the bag and there is no fries to be seen and I have no receipt. Okay thats fine so I go in and get my fry and all is well. Except I open my burger to eat it and its a #4!!!! Terrible experience and im still hungry. The manager should not be even working there! But the dining room was very clean when I went in for my fries.

I go to this Jack in the Box often, as it’s on my way home heading towards Moreno Valley. I enjoy each of the team members at this location—always respectful and polite.
Daniel is one of the young men at this location and he stands out because of how exceptionally courteous he is. Daniel remembers my name each time I come to the drive-thru, he recognizes my voice the moment I start to order, and he makes the time to ask how I am doing and wish me well.
I went inside to make my order this past Monday and I was completely impressed by Daniel. There was a non-verbal customer who was attempting to order but having a hard time communicating. Daniel stepped up and began using sign language to help this customer. I was truly blown away by his skill, patience, and kindness. I made sure to tell Daniel that he was the type of team member that give fast food chains like Jack in the Box a good name. A true leader with a bright future!

Disappointing experience. The heavy set chick taking my order was curt and dismissive, and when I tried to clarify my order, she acted irritated instead of helpful. Errors happen, but basic courtesy should be standard. My fries were cold and why put the napkins in top of the fries? Oily napkins. Okay. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
