This has to be for me the best jack in the box I have gone to.I have gone to different places and I usually order chicken strips and these are by far the tastiest one and other places it taste different.

The guy named Hugo refused to give me 2 ketchup and ranch 2 for 33 cent are you serious about this , Hugo form himself that he own the jack in the box and that he charged to get items for 33 cent and started laughing at me so any higher standards owner of this property can please get contact with me about this issue also call me rascal profile saying i don't know where you get your ketchup and ranch but right now not free so I look at him like are you foreal my friend look at me like he is not serious what he said to me
But someone higher standards owner contact me soon as possible or Gmail me or something can't let Hugo do this to customer

Their customer service sucks they rush you to order and when you ask a question they respond with “do you want it or not”. The guy said his name was Hugo and he was the shift manager. Corporate is just as bad as they post bogus phone numbers and they don’t reply to emails.

It was so AWESOME! I was having a bad day and didn't know how I was going to get my next meal when I was walking by Jack in the Box and a young guy yelled to me, 'hey, you hungry!?' I said, 'YES! I am very much!' and he bought me a jumbo jackbkt3

Horrible staff here guys. Nice and new but horrible service, and this is the last three times I’ve been so I’ve decided not to go to this one anymore. The buns in the burgers are stale and cracked too like they’ve been sitting out. Very unappealing burgers. Love Jack in the box but not going to this locations again!
And also, in response to your response, why would I go to a representative online? Just want you as the owner to know and others that may go here. I don’t need reimbursement, just won’t go here anymore.
First time going to this Jack after the remodel. The place is obviously nice as it’s new but the food service is definitely questionable. Whoever prepared my burger either sat on it or stepped on it before placing it in the bag. I want the person responsible for this coached on how to treat people’s food. Take a look at the pictures and judge for yourself. Compare what is advertised to what I actually received. Didn’t even eat it because it made me wonder what else they did to it.

The first time ever MONEY has gone MISSING while paying through this drive-thru. I always head to this location because it's the closest and not once have I had a problem. I ordered and went to the window to pay the total which was 36.38 (l remembered exactly). I handed CHARLOTTE, the cashier at the window, two 10 dollar bills, one 20 dollar bill, and 38 cents exactly. She took my money and I WATCHED her go inside and come back out telling me I was missing money to complete my total. Can you believe that! I told her I gave her two 10s, one 20, and 38 cents exactly. She said I only handed her the two 10s and 38 cents. That's when DALIA, another person inside, came out and told me that she
"watched" charlotte take my money and that what she was holding is all I gave her. A complete lie because she didn’t physically see me hand her money. I asked to check the cameras but all they could do was count the register until 7am the next morning when manager Hugo came in. During the ordeal not once did I raise my voice nor cuss but Charlotte was in the background yelling "does she not know how to count her money. Someone needs to teach her how to count her money". Very rude and disrespectful. I come in next morning to my 20 dollars being "found" under the register. I let Hugo know about the ordeal and he brushed it off like it happens all the time. I'm letting ALL my friends and family know about what happened and I hope this location takes action, they need to teach their employees how to speak to customers the right way!
