Out of 10 mozzarella sticks only 3 were somewhat edible.. Overcooked and empty because the cheese cane out in the fryer. Was really looking forward to these but won't order again. Bacon double smashed jack was as satisfying as always though

Really lazy workers, my girl friend went to go get food and a shake, they gave her the shake first and made her wait for like 15 minutes for the food so by the time she got home the shake was melted and also the shake tasted more of whipped cream then a Oreo shake. Will never go there again. I guess this is what 20 bucks an hour gets you. What a joke.

Went in for a meal and it was the worst meal I have ever had. It was a dry, burnt spicy chicken sandwich. It tasted like it was 5 days old. This location never has fresh food and it’s disappointing. Choose a different location because this one is the worst. The tacos are extremely greasy and not done correctly. I also ordered tacos with extra lettuce and paid extra for it and it had the same amount of lettuce that the regular tacos already have if not less so I paid extra for nothing. Do not come here.

Watch your receipt and ask the total before giving them your credit card. I came in and got a breakfast burrito. When I left the drive-thru and I was going to enter my points on the app, I realize that I was charged for a full meal, not just the burrito. Just beware when you're going through drive-thru to check your receipt or ask the employee to give you a total before you give him your credit card for payment.
I attempted to get the $6 meal deal on Sunday morning and was advised that the promotion ended on 01/31/2025. I get the same meal from 4 different locations throughout the week. Idk if every restaurant is independently owned and operated but I have reason to believe I was lied to.

I live closer to the Jack in the Box on Blaine Street, but I gladly drive to this location because the customer service and food quality are consistently better. Every visit is a great experience- the staff is friendly, the orders are accurate, and the food always tastes fresh. It’s worth going the extra distance for the superior service and quality here. Highly recommend this location!
